No. 10: Sakuya Togane

 

Sakuya Togane is an Enforcer of Unit One in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Public Safety Bureau. The voice actor is Keiji Fujiwara (for childhood voice is Marina Inoue).

 

As a former therapist, he places importance on human nature and tries to avoid using Dominators as much as possible in his assignments. He uses a detective’s eye for observation to provide a calm and dispassionate investigation of situations.

 

Also, there is behavior imitating Shinya Kogami such as Togane enjoys the same brand of cigarette as Kogami does.

Joji Saiga is an analyst in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Public Safety Bureau. He is voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji.
