The face of Hagakure from My Hero Academia is unveiled in the promotion of vol. 34…! And an illustration collaborated with Chiikawa is “Too cute”

To celebrate the release of volume 35 of the popular manga My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) Monday, May 2nd, 2022, author Kohei Horikoshi has released an illustration!

 

 

Mr. Kōhei Horikoshi draws Kirishima and Hagakure from My Hero Academia!

 

In commemoration of the release of My Hero Academia Vol. 34, Mr. Kōhei Horikoshi drew Kirishima and Hagakure!

 

Since Hagakure’s Quirk is “Invisibility”, her face has never been unveiled before.

 

However, you can see small parts of her face in vol. 34.

 

In the promotional illustration, she covers a part of her face by making figures “3” and “4” with her hands. Even with that, we can notice that she is really cute!

 

On Twitter, there are comments like “Is she Hagakure-chan?! She’s sooo cute.”, “There’s a rumor that she is the cutest girl in Hero Aca.”, and “Too gorgeous.”

 

 

Collaboration of Chiikawa x My Hero Academia!

 

In addition, an illustration intended as a commemoration of a T-shirt collaborated with Chiikawa (Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu, Something Small and Cute) was presented.

 

The T-shirt is offered to every contestant of Shonen Jump Giga 2022 Spring which was released on the same day: Monday, May 2nd.

 

In this illustration, there are Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi in addition to Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki.

 

Deku says “Thank you, Ms. Nagano (author of Chiikawa)”, and Hachiware speaks to Bakugo “Is it… a collaboration!?”

 

What the best collaboration…!!!
